PEORIA -- Bradley basketball has received a big boost with the return of forward Elijah Childs from the hand injury that has mostly sidelined him since mid-December.
The 6-foot-7 Childs, who has been out with a fractured middle finger on his right hand, returned to practice this week and has been cleared by doctors to play in Sunday's 1 p.m. home game against Evansville.
"It’ll be a game time decision once I see how it feels in the morning," Childs said following the Braves' Saturday practice.
