PEORIA, Ill. -- The Bradley Braves Women's Basketball team fell in a back and forth nailbiter against Indiana State University, 74-67.
Bradley went down early to Indiana State, but battled back, outscoring the Sycomores 27-20 in the second quarter. The Braves went into halftime down one. The Braves played a smart and strong first half, only allowing two turnovers in the first 20 minutes of play.
The second half saw and even tighter back-and-forth game. The Braves were only outscored by two in the third, and four in the fourth quarter. However, this was enough to create separation between the Braves and Sycomores, with the foul game ending as time expired.
