SEATTLE, Wash. – After having a pair of games at the Husky Classic cancelled because of inclement weather over the last two days Bradley attempted to close out the weekend with a game Kent State, but rain once again won out as Sunday’s contest was cancelled in the fifth inning due to rain.
The start of the game was delayed because of rain and the tarp was brought back out after a first inning, which saw the Braves take a 1-0 lead. The teams were able to return to the field and Kent State led 9-1 after a nine-run fourth inning.
