PEORIA -- Bradley snapped its nine-game losing streak Thursday night, posting a 61-53 victory over Division II Maryville before a paid crowd of 5,601 at Carver Arena.
The Braves (2-9) trailed 14-5 after seven minutes, but recovered to build a 34-21 lead by halftime. The Saints (4-7) fought back to within 43-37 midway through the period.
The visitors stayed within single digits most of the rest of the way.
Antoine Pittman topped BU with 11 points.
