PEORIA -- Bradley fired women's basketball coach Michael Brooks on Monday morning. The Braves were 9-22 this season with a ninth-place finish in the Missouri Valley Conference at 4-14.
BU athletics director Chris Reynolds said he has begun the search for the school’s ninth women’s basketball head coach.
“We appreciate the contributions of coach Brooks during his four years leading our women’s basketball program and wish him the best in his future endeavors,” said Reynolds in a statement.
Brooks compiled a 37-84 record during Brooks' four years as Bradley’s head coach.
