Connor Linke of St. Charles North (IL) High School has become Bradley’s second verbal commitment for the 2020-21 men’s basketball season.
Linke tweeted Tuesday morning that he has given BU his pledge to sign a National Letter of Intent next month.
The 6-foot-9, 215-pound senior center joins another left-handed 6-9 recruit, Darius Hannah of Milwaukee Academy of Science, as the Braves’ first two commitments for next season. Both will be freshmen at Bradley in the 2020-21 season.
St. Charles North coach Tom Poulin was particularly high on Linke’s defensive abilities.
“Defensively he’s instinctually so good,” Poulin told the Chicago Sun-Times.
