Peoria, Ill -- Ryan Vogel headlined the Bradley baseball team awards, announced on Wednesday.
The junior from Metamora, Illinois received the team's A.J. Robertson MVP Award after hitting .382 and leading the team in hits (73), on-base percentage (.459), total bases (109) and stolen bases (20). Vogel's .382 batting average earned him the Rod Thompson Award for the best batting average on the team. Vogel also collected the Kirby Puckett Gold Glove Award for the third consecutive year. Vogel did not commit an error in 122 chances and added six outfield assists while starting in center field in all 48 games.
