GRAND FORKS, N.D.-- The Illinois State men's tennis team (6-16, 1-3 MVC) fell to the North Dakota Fighting Hawks (17-3, 4-0 MVC) on Saturday (April. 5) by a score of 5-2 inside Choice Health and Fitness Center.

In doubles play, the Birds picked up the point as juniors Adrian Dibildox (Monterrey, Mexico) and Tomas Valencia (Santiago, Chile) battled to a 6-4 win. At No. 3, freshman Christian Capacci (Forlimpopoli, Italy) and Manuel Pavia (Lana, Italy) defeated UND's Leo Galliano and Jerall Yasin by a final score of 7 (9)- 6 (7).
