PEORIA, Ill. – The Missouri Valley Conference postseason accolades have recognized standout performances from Soleil Barnes and Ellie McDermid, highlighting their impact during the 2024-25 season for Bradley Women's Basketball.
Barnes Named MVC Newcomer of the Year
In her first season with the Braves, Soleil Barnes earned MVC Newcomer of the Year honors while also securing a spot on the Third-Team All-MVC and MVC All-Newcomer Team. She led Bradley in scoring, averaging 15.7 points per game, while shooting 38.7% from the field and 80.8% from the free-throw line.
