ST. LOUIS – Behind an MVC-leading scoring average of 20.2 points per game, Illinois State junior guard Antonio Reeves has been named to the All-Missouri Valley Conference Second Team in a poll conducted by the MVC coaches, SID's, and media.
Reeves scored 627 points in the team's 31 games this season, the seventh-highest single-season point total in program history. His 74 three-pointers made this season is the sixth-most by a junior in program history and his team-high 105 made free throws is just outside of the top-10 for a junior in program history.
This season he has scored in double-figures in 29 of the team's 31 games, including 17 games of 20 or more points, tied for the seventh-most in the country this season and sixth-most in program history.
