SPRINGFIELD, MO – In a battle for first place in the midseason Missouri Valley Conference standings, #14 Missouri State (10-0-0, 4-0-0 MVC) scored in the game's first minute and road the momentum to three first-half goals and a 3-0 win against Bradley (3-4-3, 2-2-1 MVC) Wednesday night at Betty & Bobby Allison South Stadium.
Missouri State entered the game as one of the nation's three unbeaten and untied teams and ranked fourth nationally with a 0.324 season goals against average. The improved their numbers by scoring three times inside the game's first 32 minutes, while limiting the Braves to two shots during the first half.
