TEMPE, Ariz. – Bradley scored the first run of the contest without putting a ball in play and had a 3-0 lead after the top of the first inning, but #12/25 Oregon answered with four runs in the bottom half of the inning and went to top the Braves 13-3 Saturday afternoon during the second day of play at the Kajikawa Classic.
The first three Bradley (1-3 overall) batters in the contest all drew walks with Oregon starter Maddie MacGrandle throwing just one strike in her first 17 pitches. Junior Kealia Wysocki had a one-out, bases-loaded walk of her own to drive in junior Brooklyn Bane with the first of the game.
