Josh Whitman and John Groce have issued joint statements in the past two weeks regarding two separate arrests of Illinois basketball players.
The status of Jaylon Tate and Kendrick Nunn after their arrests on domestic battery charges are that the two Illini guards are still indefinitely suspended, much like Leron Black.
The Illinois power forward was arrested in February on a felony charge of aggravated assault after he allegedly pulled a knife on a bouncer at an Urbana nightclub.
