The Atkins Tennis Center in Urbana is without power once again today after an outage on Monday that impacted several buildings on the University of Illinois campus.
Athletics spokesman Kent Brown says crews are still working on the transformer after a sub-station failed Monday.
Brown says Atkins remains closed, but it is expected to reopen on Wednesday.

URBANA — A “major power outage” shut down multiple athletic facilities Monday morning on the University of Illinois campus, with Atkins Tennis Center remaining closed until at least Tuesday afternoon.
