BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — Adonis De La Rosa has provided limited production this season for Illinois.
The graduate transfer center from Kent State missed the first game of the season as he worked to return from offseason knee surgery. He was purposefully held out of the Illini's overtime loss to Florida Atlantic with some "knee aggravation." Even when he's played, though, it's been mostly struggles.
De La Rosa didn't put up any "wow" stats Thursday at No. 21 Indiana with two points and three rebounds in 10 1 / 2 minutes, but his presence on the court was positive.
