1. Chris Clemons, Campbell
Don't let his 5-foot-9 (maybe) frame fool you. Clemons can light it up. Campbell's all-time leading scorer with 2,232 points, Clemons is the top returning scorer in the nation after putting up 24.9 points per game a year ago.
2. Justin Wright-Foreman, Hofstra
Right behind Clemons from last year's top scorers is Wright-Foreman. The Colonial Athletic Association Player of the Year ago, the 6-2 guard averaged 24.4 points, 3.3 rebounds and 3.2 assists and shot 37 percent from three-point range.
3. D'Marcus Simonds, Georgia State
The list of top point guards from a month ago probably should have included Simonds.
