Senior Alex Diab captured his fourth straight Big Ten title on still rings Saturday night at the Big Ten Championships in Iowa City, scoring 14.975 in the event to become just the second gymnast in conference history to win four straight Big Ten titles in any event.
Diab, though, wasn't the only Illini to celebrate a title. Freshman Hamish Carter took home the Big Ten high bar title with a leading scorer of 14.175 in his first-ever Big Ten Championships.
