Baseball season is underway, and with it comes a number of former Illini playing in both Major League Baseball and the minors. Let’s see what these players are up to, early on in the season:
Roark is 1-1 so far in four starts for the Nationals with a 3.24 ERA over 25 innings. Against the Mets last Wednesday, he gave up only two hits in seven innings, though left the game with two earned runs and a no-decision.
Roark is scheduled to pitch tonight against the San Francisco Giants.

Jay has made one relief appearance so far this season for the Double-A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins, and came off the disabled list Sunday night after suffering a groin strain.
