JOHNSTOWN, Pa. — Dylan Meyer carded the second-best score in Saturday’s final round of the 63rd Sunnehanna Amateur, giving the current Illinois golfer a share of fourth place at the event.

Meyer’s 5-under 65 left him at 6 under for the tournament at Sunnehanna Country Club, 5 strokes back of champion and University of California-Berkeley golfer Collin Morikawa.

Morikawa had the third and final round’s lowest score with a 62.

Detry holds second. Former Illini Thomas Detry shot even-par 71 in Saturday’s second round of the Najeti Open, but it was good enough to leave the Belgian in second place going into today’s final round at Lumbres, France.
