Illinois’ losing streak extends to six games

Illinois hasn't won a game in a little over three weeks, where it was a 66-62 win against Minnesota — the Illini’s only conference win.

The Illini are now 9-11 overall and 1-8 in conference.

Junior Brandi Beasley earned her 1,000th career point against the Spartans — the 30th Illini in Illinois history to do so.

Beasley led her team with a game-high of 15 points and redshirt-junior Cierra Rice put up 10 more points and added 4 assists.
