The Illinois football team is the running for the No. 4 pro-style quarterback in the 2022 class, as they offered Georgia’s Sam Horn.
Horn becomes one of the Illini’s latest offers in what has been a busy week in the recruiting world. At 6-foot-4,190 pounds, Horn has turned some heads as the starting quarterback of Collins Hill High School in Suwanee, Georgia.
