Miller is a 6-foot-4, 200-pound wide receiver from The Colony High School in The Colony, Texas. He is rated as a three-star recruit who is the No. 743 player in the class of 2020 and the No. 135 wide receiver in the nation. He is also the No. 105 player in the state of Texas as well.
