This loss to Penn State really put a bad taste in my mouth. At one point, the team won four games in a row and had a record of 10-15. There was a legit chance we could finish the season strong and, maybe, get to above .500 this year. That went out the window as quickly as it came in. Illinois dropped five out of their last six games to finish the regular season 11-20.
I really like all of the players on this team, despite having a horrific record and losing a school record amount of games.
