Illinois took on Missouri in the annual Braggin’ Rights game and actually started the game off well. We took a quick 11-5 lead and things were looking up. With only 10 minutes to go in the first half, the Illini still had a 15-11 lead. We were playing solid basketball, and I felt good about this team still.
With 2:54 left in the first half, Missouri would tie the game back up for the first time. They would then take the lead with 1:42 to go in the first half. This is the last time there would be a lead change in the entire game.
