The 5-foot-9, 200-pound running back rushed for 6,401 yards and 73 touchdowns with the Knights, earning First Team News-Gazette All-State honors three times.
But Foster never found the field much with the Illini, and on Monday, annouced via Twitter that he plans to transfer.
