SASKATOON, Canada — Former Illini men’s tennis player Farris Gosea earned his first professional doubles title Sunday at the Canada F6 Futures.
Entering as the fourth seed, Gosea teamed with Marcos Giron and defeated top-seeded Patrick Davidson and Matt Reid 6-3, 6-2 in the final.
Gosea was a two-time first-team All-Big Ten selection and a 2014 All-American.
