Illinois added another 2019 football commit this weekend with Seth Coleman’s commitment on Sunday afternoon via Twitter.
Coleman, a weak-side defensive end from Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy in Melbourne, Florida, chose Illinois over South Florida, Florida A&M and Florida Atlantic, among others.
At 6-foot-5, Coleman is long and — with Illinois adding depth at its defensive line over a series of classes — should be able to redshirt his freshman year and be able to grow.
To Illini Inquirer’s Jeremy Werner, Coleman spoke highly of Illinois’ new defensive line coach, Austin Clark.
