URBANA — Illinois offensive coordinator Garrick McGee isn't fretting after a couple of rough days in practice.
"I think there is a process of building offense," McGee said. "Early in training camp when the installation is going on, we're installing plays and they're installing coverages, blitzes, line games, offensively you have to get attuned to all of that.
"Offense is a little bit different. With us having so many of our upperclassmen out, and a lot of young freshmen out there, they're really just trying to figure out which direction to go in. They're not thinking about 'Is the defensive end going to slant inside?
