BILL OF RIGHTS
Each week, we’ll gauge whether Bill Cubit can hold onto the Illinois job past the 2015 season: Bundle up, the next two weeks. The best way to combat the cold he and his team will face away from Champaign is by winning. Illinois will try to win consecutive road games in a season for the first time in eight years. This year’s team won’t go to the Rose Bowl like the ‘07 team that last accomplished the feat, but a win Saturday gets them in one.
