In the fourth quarter with just over a minute to play on Sunday Night Football, Ravens’ head coach John Harbaugh called his quarterback over to the sideline to discuss strategy.
“Lamar, Lamar, do you wanna go for this?” Harbaugh asked quarterback Lamar Jackson preceding a fourth down.
“Hell yeah,” Jackson replied.
Harbaugh followed up that response with a simple message into his headset.
“All right, let’s go.”
Seconds later, Jackson was in shotgun formation and took a fourth-down snap and powered behind fullback Patrick Ricard for a first down, icing the fourth year quarterback’s first win over Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs, a 36-35 thriller in Baltimore.
