Damaging blow
Missouri played essentially the entire 2017-18 season without injured star Michael Porter Jr. Now the Tigers face the prospect of playing this season without his younger brother. Jontay Porter, who flashed his own first-round-draft-pick potential last year in his brother's place, tore his ACL and MCL in the Tigers' secret scrimmage against Southern Illinois. That injury puts even more onus on improved performance from former Illinois signee Jeremiah Tilmon in the Missouri frontcourt.
