WHY NO. 19: Start with the experience. Fifteen who were in the lineup last season are back for another go-around (Arkansas term). After a rough first year, Bielema put the Razorbacks into a bowl game, and the climb figures to continue. Three-year starting quarterback Brandon Allen is coming off a solid season and should improve under the guidance of new offensive coordinator Dan Enos.
