Illinois junior offensive lineman Adam Solomon is the latest to leave Lovie Smith's program.
The Indianapolis product took to Twitter on Monday afternoon to announce his departuure.
In a lengthy post, Solomon thanked his former teammates.
"Without your support, I would not be the man that I am today," Solomon wrote.
Solomon has already earned his accounting degree.
Physically, "I am in the best shape of my life," he wrote.
