The Hoyas have more history to sell than current success — not that they're alone in that regard among in Whitney's top four. Georgetown doubled down on that history last season by hiring former three-time All-American Patrick Ewing as coach. A 15-15 record thanks to a weak nonconference schedule was the result, but the Hoyas see a Ewing-led team as the path back to being synonymous with college basketball.
