After years of of asking “Will he or won’t he?” it’s finally a done deal.
Adam Miller has made it official — he’s coming to Champaign. Miller, the 31st-ranked recruit according to 247Sports, announced his commitment at the Jordan Store in Chicago on Thursday night.
The explosive 6-foot-3 guard is the second-rated player in Illinois (behind only Duke commit D.J. Steward) and picked the Illini over Arizona and Louisville. Miller began his prep career at Peoria Manual before transferring to Chicago’s Morgan Park High School — and forming the state’s best backcourt with current Illini Ayo Dosunmu.
