SPOKANE, Wash. – Idaho women's tennis (2-7, 1-1 BSC) fell to Gonzaga (6-5), 4-1 on Saturday at the Stevens Center.
Sophomore led the way on court one for the Vandals earning her sixth singles victory of the season. She defeated Cate Broerman 6-3, 6-1 to post Idaho's lone point on the day.
The Vandals began the match with a pair of losses in doubles play on courts one and two. Partners and fell by way of a 6-1 decision at No. 2 while and Davis lost 6-2 at the No. 1 position.
Idaho fell on courts two, three and five in singles play as the Zags clinched a 4-1 win.
