Eugene, Ore.—Idaho women's tennis team defeated the Ducks in a down-to-the wire 4-3 match on Friday at the Student Tennis center.
The Vandals fell early in the match, falling to Oregon in double action.
Laura Spataro and Anna Stefani suffered a tough 6-1 loss at doubles No. 2 first.Marta Magalhães and Shion Watabe followed suit in 6-3 defeat at court three. Double No. 1, Marianna Petrei and Maria Tavares, lead 5-3 but not finishing the match.
Idaho was able to take control of Singles to secure the win over Oregon.
