Vandal volleyball dropped its third straight match Thursday night in Pocatello against Idaho State in game one of the season’s “Battle of the Domes” series.
Idaho (12-10, BSC 7-4) was swept once again, continuing a nine-set skid dating back to Oct. 14 at Eastern Washington. After beating the Gem State rival Vandals, 25-19, 26-4 and 25-20, Idaho State (10-14, BSC 7-4) improved to 7-1 in its last eight games.
Junior outside hitter Sarah Sharp once again put up a big offensive night, recording her sixth-straight double figure kill game with a contest-high 18. Sharp also improved on her hitting average, striking .
