MOSCOW, Idaho -- The Idaho volleyball team (3-10) fell in five sets to Sacramento State (7-7) on Saturday afternoon at Memorial Gym.
Redshirt sophomore Travel Morris had herself another efficient day on the attack, totaling 11 kills on a .381 hitting percentage. Delaney Nicoll also put up a double-digit kill effort with 15, while also getting it done on the defensive end with 16 digs.
Idaho used stellar defensive play and a 5-0 run to help earn a 25-22 win to begin the match.
Momentum carried over into the second set with a 4-0 run to get started that was highlighted by back-to-back kills from Nicoll.
