FULLERTON, Calif. – Idaho volleyball (6-6) closed out the non-conference schedule with a four-set win over Cal State Fullerton (6-6) on the road. Big Sky play gets underway this week.
Kennedy Warren was outstanding, especially defensively. She finished with a season-best 11 blocks, to go along with six kills. Reece Carman hit .300 with 15 kills and six blocks, while Sarah Sharp also added 15 kills.
The Vandals took control early, winning the first set 25-17. Idaho settled in during the opening points, but rattled off a 6-1 run midway through the set to get some breathing room.
