HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo. - Idaho women's golf tied for 13th in the Ron Moore Women's Intercollegiate, played Friday through Sunday at Highlands Ranch Golf Club. The Vandals finished at 46-over, shooting 306 each of the first two rounds before improving to 298 on the final day.
"We played poorly this week," said head coach Lisa Johnson. "Ultimately it all came down to putting and we struggled getting the ball in the hole. I was hoping we would adjust to the speed and slope of the greens more quickly than we did."
Sophie Hausmann led the way for Idaho, finishing tied for 24th at 7-over (75-75-73=223).
