BOZEMAN, Mont. – Idaho volleyball (6-9, 2-1 BSC) suffered its first conference loss, at Montana State (6-6, 2-1 BSC), 3-1, on Thursday night.
Kennedy Warren finished with 18 kills while hitting .286. Donnée Janzen had 35 assists and Delaney Hopen led Idaho with 14 digs.
Idaho jumped out to an early lead in the first set and led by four, 10-6, on a kill from Paige Rupiper. The Bobcats recovered to take a brief lead at 15-14, before a back-and-forth rally leveled the score at 21. MSU scored the next three to get set point and, after kills from Avery Housley and Kyra Palmbush, won 25-23.
