CORVALLIS, Ore. – The scoring drought ended on Thursday night for Idaho soccer, but undefeated Oregon State proved to be as-advertised in a 2-1 loss. Idaho falls to 2-7 on the season, and Oregon State moves to 8-0.
"All I wanted was to make strides and work on the things we've been working on to get ready for conference and I think we did that," said head coach Jeremy Clevenger. "Oregon State is a good team, they're undefeated, and we went toe-to-toe with them, had the lead. Unfortunate to give up the late game-winner, but again I'm very proud of our performance today.
