ROHNERT PARK, Calif.—The Vandal tennis team enjoyed the outdoors on Wednesday. Idaho defeated Sonoma State 8-1, for its sixth consecutive win.
Idaho (11-2) claimed all three doubles matches at the start of the day. Odon Barta and Felipe Fonseca played to an 8-2 win on the No. 2 court to get things rolling for the Vandals. Jackson Varney and Artem Vasheshnikov recorded and 8-1 decision in No. 1 doubles, while Mark Kovacs and Lucas Coutinho closed out doubles with an 8-4 win.
