PULLMAN, Washington - The Vandals wrapped up the Cougar Classic at Washington State University with 17 new personal records and six solo victors.
The Vandals claimed winners in both the men's and women's 400m races. Franziska Stoehr took first for the women at 56.33 followed by freshman Adeline Wimer in second (57.49). For the men, it was freshman Jake Hisaw leading the pack with a personal record of 48.26.
Paige Palzinski closed the weekend with two new personal records. Palzinski took second in the women's hammer throw (50.
