LEWISTON, Idaho – Idaho men's tennis (4-12, 2-3 BSC) fell 5-2 to Montana State (8-9, 3-2 BSC) on Wednesday night at the LCSC Tennis courts.
Idaho fell down early to open match play as Montana State won on courts two and three. Matteo Masala and Yu-Shun Lai were up 5-1 before the match went unfinished.
In singles action, Masala scored Idaho's first point on court four with a 6-4, 6-2 win over Rayen Hermassi. Sebastian Medica added a 6-3, 3-6, 10-7 win at No. 5 to round out the scoring for the Vandals.
