BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Hayden Hatten caught ten passes for 94 yards and two touchdowns and Charles Akanno notched three tackles for loss, including a sack, but a series of special teams miscues doomed Idaho football and the Vandals fell 56-14 on the road against Indiana.
The Hoosiers hit the scoreboard first with a TD late in the first quarter, but a fumble on the ensuing drive set up another Indiana touchdown and a blocked punt on the ensuing possession led to a quick 21-0 lead.
Indiana added two touchdowns in the second quarter before the Vandals answered.
