HUNTSVILLE, Alabama - Idaho volleyball fell to Alabama A & M in three sets, 17-25, 18-25, 20-25, Friday afternoon at the Betty Austin Invitational.
Idaho was led by Zuzanna Wieczorek with 15 kills and Natalia Wielgus with 21 assists. Defensively, libero Ada Isik posted a team high with 12 digs.
The first set went to Alabama A&M, 17-25. Idaho was unable to break through on the offensive end, posting seven kills, seven errors and a .00 hitting percentage. AAMU kept the lead and took the first set.
Idaho fell behind 2-0 after a 25-18 loss in the second.
