SPOKANE, Wash.— A hot start and balanced play helped the Bulldogs to an 88-51 victory as the Vandals fell to the No. 21 Gonzaga Thursday evening at McCarthey Athletic Center in Spokane, Washington. The Zags improve to 11-1 on the season as Idaho drops to 3-6 before heading into conference play.
The Vandals were led by senior who scored 14 points and freshman who tallied 10 points. made her debut Thursday against the Zags, collecting a team-high in rebounds with eight boards as well as eight points in 16 minutes.
The Vandals shot below its season field goal and three-point shooting average.
