CHENEY, Wash. – The Idaho (0-15, 0-12 BSC) men's basketball team fell to Eastern Washington (8-6, 7-2 BSC) on Saturday afternoon in Cheney.
THE GAME
Both teams started off cold, with the first bucket getting scored over two minutes into the game. A three-pointer by Gabe Quinnett with 13:48 remaining in the first gave the Vandals a five-point lead, 10-5. With three minutes to play, Damen Thacker knocked down a jumper to put Idaho up, 24-23. However, the Eagles would close the half on a 11-4 run, taking a six-point lead, 34-28, into the break.
